The Hills South Village  - 700plus-acre village that features several residential neighborhoods, many of which are clustered around Tournament Players Club (TPC) at Summerlin, the very first TPC golf course in Nevada and home course of the state’s only annual PGA Tour event now known as the frys.com Championship.

The Hills - Summerlin's first village, The Hills, is an almost 400-acre residential village known for its stunning tree-lined streets that have set the standard for landscaping throughout the community.

The Pueblo – 568 acre adobe-inspired village, is best known for its almost 62-acre linear park that offers walkers, joggers and cyclists some of the most beautiful desert scenery in Southern Nevada.

Red Rock Country Club - 735-acre village adjacent to the Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area, that overlooks the entire Las Vegas valley. The luxury, executive and custom home community is guard-gated and features two 18-hole championship Arnold Palmer-designed golf courses.

Ridgebrook – 100 acre mini-village that features a park surrounded by four neighborhoods

Future Summerlin Villages

Montechiaro Summerlin's newest exclusive active adult village.  Located on 52 acres at the southwest corner of Flamingo Road and Town Center Drive, this mid-rise neighborhood will offer three attached luxury housing options that range from 1,200 to 2,900 square feet.

Plans for Montechiaro include multiple three-and four-story Mediterranean-inspired buildings, around a 35,000 square foot clubhouse. The Clubhouse features a conference room, business center, arts and crafts room, multi-purpose ballroom, gallery, coffee and snack bar, catering kitchen, card and billiard rooms, an exercise facility, aerobic/Pilates studio, steam/sauna rooms, a wellness center, and an indoor pool.

Montechiaro has a list of outdoor amenities that prove equally impressive. The clubhouse will be situated around a large central courtyard that will feature an outdoor pool/spas and ramadas, BBQ area and gardens.
