Future Summerlin Villages
Montechiaro Summerlin's newest exclusive active adult village. Located on 52 acres at the southwest corner of Flamingo Road and Town Center Drive, this mid-rise neighborhood will offer three attached luxury housing options that range from 1,200 to 2,900 square feet.
Plans for Montechiaro include multiple three-and four-story Mediterranean-inspired buildings, around a 35,000 square foot clubhouse. The Clubhouse features a conference room, business center, arts and crafts room, multi-purpose ballroom, gallery, coffee and snack bar, catering kitchen, card and billiard rooms, an exercise facility, aerobic/Pilates studio, steam/sauna rooms, a wellness center, and an indoor pool.
